Intellectual Property

• Bkard does not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to host and display it as part of your digital card.

2. Use by Bkard

• You grant Bkard a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display your digital card content in promotional materials, portfolios, or marketing campaigns, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.
• Bkard’s branding, templates, and platform design are protected by intellectual property laws, and users may not reproduce or distribute them without prior written consent.

• If you choose not to proceed with publishing your card, it will remain unpublished, and no charges will be applied.

Termination
